How droll. And what's with the fucking whistle? I guess he's supposed to be a traffic cop? Soccer referee? DJ? Help? Anybody? These ads make this men's mag advert look positively Mensian. (What? In Punjab, the phrase "drooling with a whistle" can roughly be translated to "I enjoy softcore."

Pretty obvious, really.

I understand that the idea here is that the mere reality of FHM's existence will make boys drool.

The thing is, to me there is something overly viscous about the fluid itself. Something that says "semen" more than "saliva". Maybe this is exacerbated by the one guy thrusting a pencil in his mouth.

I hate fucking Ogilvy. He is the biggest con man advertising has ever seen...just one good fucking car ad and the bastard is celebrated as a genius. And don't quote Hathway man to me - one eyed douche's like that should be shot into space.

Anyway, If anyone wants to read a good ad book, I suggest "The Copy Book"

And for god sake, stop this adoftheworld thing - it's making me nauseous.
